Payment Schedule

Travel arrangements deposit $50.00 per person:       14 days from confirmation
Airfares: (No payment required with this form) at time of booking

Refund Policy
Once the deposits or payments have been made to Groups Tasmania, but the registrant is subsequently unable to attend the conference, then refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
a) prior to full payment will forfeit deposit and while airfares are non-refundable, certain fares allow you to hold money in credit to be used at a later date (amendment fees apply).
b) after full payment made the properties charge 100% cancellation fees, while airfares are non-refundable, certain fares allow you to hold money in credit to be used at a later date (amendment fees apply).
